Many people today pursue something in life. The diversity of such pursuit is hinged on the belief system chosen by different person. Life is a gift for an end. His design and predestination for life must be this end.
So to know Him and in turn lay hold on the essence for living at all is the point. 1John 5:12 NKJV "He who has the Son has life; he who does not have the Son of God does not have life." To believe in Jesus Christ, the Son of God is to receive life from God. And to keep knowing Him is the essence for living. Because as we know Him, who we are is revealed and we can keep doing all we are created to do on Earth.
Nothing can be more essential than this. To stray away from this all in the bit to seek life by wandering about aimlessly without knowing how is highly frustrating. One thing is needful, choose that path today to know Jesus Christ and these essentials of life will be the spices of life with joy, peace and righteous in you forevermore.
